Your nitrogen footprint is the amount of nitrogen emissions that you are responsible for releasing through your actions, whether they be through eating, moving, or household utilities. The greatest proportion of nitrogen emissions is typically emitted through peoples' diets, as the consumption of meat and fish has a particularly high nitrogen impact.
