Sage Bennett
Sage is a third-year undergraduate from Mount Pleasant, SC pursuing a B.A. in Psychology. Sage has served as a research assistant for the Adolescence Research Group since the spring 2024 semester and is interested in studying the effects of youth social relationships with parents, teammates, and coaches on their long-term physical health. Specifically, how family and athletic directors can foster positive experiences in sports to guide youths toward a healthy adulthood, physically and mentally. In her spare time, Sage enjoys spending time at the beach or downtown with her parents, younger sisters, and two goldendoodles. She also enjoys playing tennis, alpine skiing, hiking, cooking, and watching movies with her roommates. Upon graduation, Sage is planning to pursue a career in law.
