Undergraduate Research Assistant

Lauren is a fourth-year undergraduate from Luray, Virginia pursuing a B.A. in Psychology and Minor in Sociology. She has served as a research assistant for the Adolescence Research Group since the spring 2022 semester and is interested in studying causes of various anxiety and mood-related disorders in adolescence and their potential outcomes into adulthood. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, and staying active. She is involved in NAMI at UVA, Food Assist at UVA, and the Clean Water Working Group. She is also a HoosConnected facilitator. Upon graduation, Lauren will take on a Project Coordinator position within the lab and plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in the future.
