Abby Krissinger is a first-year graduate student in the School of Education and Human Development from Ardmore, Pennsylvania. She is pursuing an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology- Applied Developmental Science. Before that, she earned undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Cognitive Science with a concentration in Linguistics from UVA's College of Arts and Sciences. Abby has been with the EDL since November 2021. She is most interested in researching educational motivation, especially across Montessori and conventional pedagogies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and hiking.
