I was admitted to UVA by some lucky mistake. Everyone else is smarter than I am. I don't deserve to be here. Everything is so easy for everyone else. I am the only one struggling. If I ask for help, they'll realize I'm a fraud.

 

Gremlin voices try to convince us that our achievements have nothing to do with our ability or hard work and everything to do with luck and fooling people. Come hear more about this "imposter phenomenon", how to recognize it in yourself, and how to calm those gremlin voices so you can make the most of your time at UVA.
