Postdoctoral Researcher
Antoine joined the lab in 2026 to study local adaptation in trees and its effects on the responses of trees to climate change by integrating experimental manipulations, genomic approaches and citizen science data. Antoine did his PhD at the University of Basel (Switzerland) in 2020 where he studied the genetic and environmental causes of range limits in the plant Arabidopsis lyrata, followed by a postdoc in the Galloway lab (UVA - Biology) where he studied evolution under past climate change at the rear edge of Campanula americana.
