The Environmental Neuropsychology Lab (ENP) at the University of Virginia aims to generate novel theories about how neuropsychiatric diseases emerge and may be treated or prevented by focusing on the physical environment -- the stage upon which our lives unfold. Our research combines new technologies to quantitatively measure environmental exposures with gold-standard assessments of neuropsychiatric function and genetic/epigenetic context to break new theoretical and empirical ground in the fields of environmental health and clinical psychology.
