The Communications Committee coordinates conference promotion, upkeep of the website, and communication about the conference. 2024 Communications committee members are Ryan Burke, Allison Ward-Seidel, Krysten Wilson.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee develops monthly workshops leading up to the HSRC that prepares potential participants for applying to and participating in the conference. 2024 committee members are Xavier Thompson, Eric Bredder, Xiangyu Olivia Zhao.

The Logistics Committee coordinates location, technology, food, and volunteers on the day of the conference. 2024 Logistics committee members are Jen Xu and Danielle Waterfield.
- The Program Committee coordinates presentation moderator training and presentation sessions, faculty involvement, creation of the program, and presentation schedules. 2024 Program committee members are Analia Marzoratti and Kaela Tidus.
- The Proposals Committee coordinates proposal submissions and review process. 2024 Proposals committee members are Dan Moore-Lewis and Dan Rosenblum.
