Erica is a PhD student at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government studying public policy. Before beginning her PhD, she was a predoctoral fellow with Opportunity Insights, a research institute at Harvard University. Originally from Bainbridge Island, WA, she graduated from University of Virginia in 2022 with degrees in Economics and Statistics. Erica served the Economics Department as a research assistant, a teaching fellow, and a co-instructor for a behavioral economics seminar with Charles A. Holt. Her thesis is a paper on auction design titled "The Winner's Curse in Offshore Wind Auctions: An Experimental Comparison."
