Daniela is a social psychologist whose research explores how beliefs about inequality shape individuals’ experiences and access to opportunities, with particular focus on higher education. She holds a PhD in Social and Organisational Psychology from the University of Exeter and is a Research Affiliate at both the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership (Australian National University) and Youth-Nex (University of Virginia).
