MAR Sotelo-Padrón is a Ph.D. student in the Spanish Department. MAR's research interests include 20th and 21st century Latin American and Caribbean Literary and Cultural Studies; the relationship between textual and visual representation in Puerto Rican art, Caribbean Studies, Visual Culture, and Yucatec Maya Literary Production.
