David Leblang is the Ambassador Henry J. Taylor and Mrs Marion R. Taylor Endowed Professor of Politics at the University of Virginia as well as a Professor of Public Policy at the University's Batten School for Leadership and Public Policy where he directs the Global Policy Center. He is also the Dorothy Danforth Compton Professor of Public Affairs at the Miller Center of Public Affairs and is on the Steering Committee for UVA's Pan-University Institute on Global Infectious Diseases.
