Undergraduate Research Assistant
Karissa is a third-year undergraduate from Elkton, Virginia pursuing a B.A. in Psychology. She has served as a research assistant for the Adolescence Research Group since Summer 2019 and is interested in researching how mental health might be improved by forming multiple and varied types of connections with the people around us. In her spare time, Karissa enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and singing. Upon graduation, she plans to pursue a career as a mental health counselor.
