Zhaire Roberson

2019 & 2018 Summer Research Assistant

Zhaire Roberson is a student at Albemarle High School that is fascinated with questions of how and why people do the things they do. She is motivated to constantly challenge herself and improve, a drive that is epitomized through her passion for running. Zhaire returns to the Woodson Institute for her second year as a Citizen Justice Initiative summer intern and will be working on the Notes on the State podcast. If she could live in any historical time period she would travel back in time to the far out ‘70s to witness for herself the trendy fashion, events of the Civil Rights Movement, and the disastrous Watergate scandal.
