Dakouri-Hild has taught undergraduate lectures on the prehistoric Aegean, ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Anatolia, Syria and Palestine. She has also taught graduate, upper level and undergraduate seminars in Aegean, Levantine and Egyptian archaeology, art making and appreciation in relation to embodied cognition and the brain, collecting and connoisseurship, nationalism, looting and the politics of the past. She has directed undergraduate and graduate independent studies on Aegean and Egyptian archaeology, ethnoarchaeology, gender theory, the archaeology of the Levant and Cyprus, and field-based instruction in Greece.
